How the airport pickup actually works
This is the part most operators leave vague. Here is where your chauffeur will be standing, and what happens when the plan changes mid-air.
We track your flight
Hand us the flight number and dispatch watches it live. An early landing, a diversion to East Midlands, a three-hour hold: all of it moves the pickup on its own. Nobody expects a call from the baggage hall.
Name board in arrivals
Your chauffeur waits landside in the BHX arrivals hall holding your name, takes the cases and walks you out to the car. Parking is settled by us before you land, not added to the bill afterwards.
Generous free waiting
Sixty minutes after an international landing and 30 after a domestic one, counted from actual touchdown rather than the scheduled slot. Past that it is £15 per additional half hour.
Departures, timed backwards
For outbound flights we work back from check-in using live conditions on the M42 and M6, then confirm the collection with you the night before. Long-haul gets three hours at the terminal, short-haul two.
